Thoughtful design features engineered for convenience with brightly polished and finished components. Lever action with Delrin liner provides smooth, trouble-free performance when laying out for fishing, or down for bridge clearance. Preset stop collar for your favorite fishing position. Designed to be used with Rupp Standard Outrigger Poles (1.50" diameter O.D.)
